Soif Bar à vin is proud to present the 5th edition of the Salon des Assoiffés! On the program: over 200 products presented by 45 of our favorite producers and importers.
A unifying event reflecting our image
Initiated by renowned sommelier Véronique Rivest, the Salon des Assoiffés is a tasting event for wines, ciders, beers, meads and spirits represented by long-standing Soif Bar à vins partners from around the world.
The Salon is the perfect opportunity to meet the agencies Soif works with, taste their wines and order them for drinking at home.
In keeping with our values, the Salon des Assoiffés is not sponsored. We only present winemakers and agencies with whom we work and with whom we share values, promoting wines that are true, authentic and natural.
Every year, the Salon des Assoiffés brings together over 700 people, including wine lovers, connoisseurs and professionals. And it's the best wine show in the Outaouais.

Practical information
1 billet = dégustations à volonté, pour une durée de 3h.
2 créneaux horaires : 12 h — 15 h // 17 — 20 h.
Nourriture sur-place (payant).

For the 2nd year running, the Salon des Assoiffés will be held at Espace Canevas.
