The holidays mean sparkling wine and tonight’s a great night to kick off the season. Véronique absolutely adores bubbles at any time of the year (or day, for that matter) and this is probably her favourite workshop. An introduction to the various styles and production methods of sparkling, from Pétillant Naturel to Prosecco, Cava and Champagne. $105
6 sparkling wines and canapés (and very probably potato chips) will be served.
